I had a question about my order and they got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. It was super easy to deal with them, and that kind of quick help makes a difference, right? Overall, really happy with the experience.

The delivery showed up later than I was hoping, which was a bit frustrating. It did arrive in the end, though, and I guess it was a reminder that timing really can make a difference in the overall experience.

I’d say the site is easy to use overall. I didn’t really have to think too hard to find the main things, and the pages loaded normally for me. The layout is clear enough, which is what you expect from pretty much every website now.

That said, a few parts felt kind of clunky. I had to click around more than I thought I would, and some details could’ve been explained better. It’s one of those things where all sites seem to have at least a couple annoying little steps for no reason.

Overall, it’s fine. Not terrible, not amazing, just one of those sites that gets the job done if you’re patient. Most people could probably use it without a big problem, but I wouldn’t call it super smooth either.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: the product may end up being fine, but the shipping was really slow for me. It took much longer than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very helpful, so I kept having to check on it myself. If you need something by a certain date, I’d definitely order extra early or maybe look for another option.

I placed my order and the tracking has been useless. It sat on the same status for days with no real update, so I had no idea if the package was moving, delayed, or just lost somewhere. I kept checking over and over and nothing changed. At that point I felt like I had to escalate the issue because paying for something and then being left completely in the dark is really frustrating. Not a great experience at all.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and, i kind of expected it to start cracking or getting loose by this point, but nope, it’s still holding up fine. I rinse it off after every use, just out of habit, and it still looks pretty much the same as when I got it. The only reason I knocked off a star is the case feels a little cheap, like I’m not sure how long that part will last, but the actual item itself feels solid, so overall I’m happy with it.

I used it for a while, i’m not sure I saw much of a change in my jawline. Maybe it looked a tiny bit sharper in a couple of photos, but I don’t know if that was actually from the product or just the angle? Shipping was fine and everything arrived okay, but for the price, I was expecting more noticeable results...

I took a look at Jawline Me and I’m not fully convinced. The site looks decent enough, but I didn’t see enough clear info to really make me feel comfortable. What bothered me most was that the next steps weren’t very clear either, like what happens after you order, how everything is handled, or what to expect. Maybe it’s legit, but I’d personally be cautious before buying because it just left me feeling a bit unsure...

The box showed up dented, which made me a bit worried about whether the item inside might be damaged. Luckily it seemed okay, but I’d feel better if the packaging were a little sturdier to avoid any risk during shipping

i mean, it definitely wasn’t an overnight thing, but after using it for a few months, I actually started noticing some changes. It ended up working for me.

It felt comfortable when I first put it on, so I thought I’d be good to go. But after a while, my jaw started getting really tired and uncomfortable. I had planned to wear it for the whole outing, and instead I ended up distracted and annoyed the whole time.

The sizing on jawlineme.com was easy to figure out, which helped a lot!!! I’ve been using it for a few days now and it feels comfortable so far!!!

I ordered from jawlineme.com but ended up realizing I didn’t really need the item after all, so I reached out to start a return. The process itself wasn’t too confusing, but the replies were slower than I expected, which was a little frustrating 😕
The refund did come through eventually, so that part was fine. I just had to follow up once, which made it feel less smooth than it could’ve been. Overall, not awful, but not great either, 3 stars feels about right.
